Search and Selection
Once we receive your job request, we search our database, utilise on-off line forms of advertising and our substantial network of contacts that we have built up since our inception. Our search ends when we have found you the right candidate.
We don't inundate you with CV's that will waste your time, rather send you as many candidates that best match your requirements, whether this be three or more or less.
We will deliver within an agreed time frame. We give regular updates and provide swift feedback when making arrangements for interviews etc.
Our consultants are always contactable and have flexible working hours, so we can be available to meet any unexpected clients needs. This is particularly so for our International clients who have offices in the USA.
